Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon

Salmon and brown sugar are a great pairing
The sugar melts as the fish bakes. It forms a sweet, sticky glaze on top. Salt and pepper balance the sweetness. A bit of butter adds richness. The fish stays moist and flaky inside. The whole thing comes together in one pan.
This is one of the easiest salmon dishes you can make. Total cook time is about 15 minutes. Use fresh-caught salmon if you have it. Frozen will work too. Don’t be shy with the brown sugar. Press a thick layer on top. Broil for one or two minutes at the end for a deeper crust. Serve with rice and steamed greens.
