Tillamook Lemon Garlic Salmon

The classic salmon pairing
Lemon and garlic are the classic salmon pairing. Lemon brings brightness. Garlic brings depth. Olive oil keeps the fish moist as it bakes. The whole dish takes about 15 minutes. There’s no marinade and no fuss. Just season, bake, and serve.
This is a great everyday salmon recipe. Use fresh fillets when you can, but frozen works too. Just thaw fully and pat the fish dry first. Wet skin won’t take the seasoning well. Minced garlic gives stronger flavor. Powder is milder. Top with lemon slices for looks and extra flavor. Serve with rice, roasted veggies, or a salad.
